Change Your Voicemail Password

To change your voicemail PIN (password)


  1. Press the mailbox envelope key, or dial *97 to enter your voicemail box
  2. Enter your current PIN/password followed by #
  3. Press 5 for Advanced Options
  4. Press 6 to change your password
  5. Enter your new PIN/password followed by #
  6. Listen and Confirm that you remember the new password
  7. After the system confirms your password has been changed you may hang up




Check your Welcome email from Penguin for your voicemail PIN.

If you have forgotten your PIN or need help resetting your voicemail PIN, contact Penguin.
