Once the greeting has been saved, press 2 to choose a greeting
Choose the number of the greeting you just recorded to set it as your voicemail greeting
You can record each greeting and enable them separately as needed. For example, you can use greeting 1 as your standard voicemail greeting and record greeting 2 as an 'out of the office' message. When you know you will be out of the office, you can enter your voicemail settings and select greeting 2 to be played while you are gone. And then once you return you can enter your voicemail settings and select greeting 1 again without needing to rerecord the greeting each time. This comes in handy for planned absences, holidays, modified business hours, and other similar events.
