Using The Operator Panel

See Who Is On A Call Anytime

View each extension and see who is on a call at any time, as well as when calls are coming in.

  1. Login  to the user portal   .
  2. Click 'Applications' (paper airplane icon) at the top of the screen.
  3. Select 'Operator Panel'.

From the operator panel you can see inbound calls ringing extensions, indicated by Blue highlighting:


Active phone calls are indicated by Green highlighting. Inbound or outbound call indicators are found in top right-hand corner of the extension box, and are indicated by an arrow. Call duration, displayed in hours:minutes:seconds format is also on the right-hand side of the extension box.



From the top right-hand corner of the Operator Panel, you can see that the screen is being actively refreshed. You can pause and restart the real-time updates by pressing this icon.
