Custom Music On Hold

We do offer the option for you to provide custom music on hold (MOH) if you would like to incorporate advertisements or other types of messaging into your customer's experience. While it is not required, it is an option if you'd like to have it incorporated. Below are the specifications required.

For custom MOH we require 16 bit, 48 kHz mono WAV files for best performance.

Custom music on hold must be royalty-free and copyright-free
