Log Into Your User Portal


Once technical support has created a user for you and emailed you the credentials you can follow the guide below.
All users are region specific. For example, if you are on the west coast you can access your portal via https://west.callpenguin.com/

To access the user portal:

  1. Browse to your unique URL
  2. You will see the Login page
  3. Enter your Username and password
  4. Click the Login button


5. You will now see your Penguin dashboard.
