After you are logged in to your user portal, you are able to send faxes in a few easy steps.
From the dashboard do the following:
1. Select the Applications (paper airplane icon) on the menu.
2. Select Fax Server on the menu.
3. If your account is enabled to send faxes, you will see the list of fax servers listed on the Fax Servers screen.
If you do not see a Fax extension listed, please contact PENGUIN VoIP Support.
4. Within the Tools column on the fax servers page click New.
5. Enter the full 10-digit Fax Number, preferred without spaces or dashes. (example: 2095851375)
6. Click the Choose Files button to upload a document to attach to the fax.
The file must be a PDF or TIFF type or your fax will Fail to send.
Scan pages to be sent as faxes in black and white only for the optimum fax image quality. Refrain from scanning in grayscale or color as these will result in poor viewing quality for the recipients.
7. If you have multiple files to fax repeat step 6 until all files have been uploaded successfully.
8. If you wish to include a subject or personal message, do so below in the Message field, along with any other changes to the available fields. These fields populate the fax cover sheet.
9A. You may then view a preview of your fax by clicking the Preview button.
