Programing and Call Handling Change Requests

Need to Change the Way Calls are Handled for a Holiday or Permanently?

Please send PENGUIN an email at support@callpenguin.com a minimum of seven (7) days to request any changes to the way calls on your phone system are handled for a holidays, vacation, and any temporary or permanent changes.

Your email should include the following:
  1. What you wish to change
  2. Any new hours of operation
  3. Any replacement greetings necessary to complete the change
  4. Detailed instructions about how long this change should be in effect
  5. Any additional information that will help PENGUIN technicians execute your request accurately and quickly
Any requests received less than seven days prior to the day that the change should go into effect are not guaranteed to be completed in time. Emergencies are handled on a case by case basis and at PENGUIN's discretion. PENGUIN recommends creating a list of all your offices observed holidays and the requested schedule changes at the start of each year and providing a request for those schedule changes as soon as possible.
