Please be prepared to leave a voicemail with the information above or to give this information to one of our customer support specialists. Customer support specialists will open a ticket and any voicemail left will also automatically open a new support request. Emails and Phone calls will all be answered as quickly as possible, however, the SLA applies and an initial response with your ticket number confirming that your request has been received is guaranteed within 24 hours of the receipt of the request.
